I've never experienced anything quite like this studio! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and positive energy. The instructors are not only incredibly skilled but genuinely passionate about guiding everyone through their unique journey. Every class feels transformative, whether it’s the calming power of yoga or the energizing HIIT, sculpt, IHP, or kettlebell classes, I always feel pushed to new limits.

I wrote a longer review months ago and deleted it as when i reached out via email i was gaslit & told i was continuing a ‘cycle of harm’ by establishing a complaint. My original complaint was similar to to another recant review. I was charged for classes i actually cancelled in the correct manner yet was not reimbursed nor was i offered help with how to correct the technical issue. In addition Karlie was very short with me when I came in person to report this. I love hot yoga & have been a member at many studios in various cities for 20 years. I regret that I cannot support this studio & I hope they will improve their class notification system and customer service as the actual classes are great. I will not be removing this review this time even if asked to do so as i do not feel giving feedback is perpetuating a cycle of harm. If I had bern offered a solution to the complaint i brought forth i would have been more than happy to remove it. This studio is part of the ‘wellness community’ and customer service should reflect a higher standard of service & my experience was far from it.
