This yoga studio has been an integral part of transforming my life. Attending yoga classes with all of the uniquely skilled teachers has improved my health and overall well being. The studio is set in an intentionally peaceful space and the members are all welcoming. I particularly enjoy how the owner, Ashley, guides us through and how she ends each class with a simple but meaningful sentiment rooted in gratitude.If you’re ever in Atascadero and are interested in joining a yoga class, I highly recommend Saunter Yoga & Wellness.

The vibe at Saunter Yoga & Wellness brings just a little bit more calm and serenity into my day. The people have proven themselves to be kind, compassionate, and friendly in their own ways (s/o to Ashly for modeling this attitude towards people) The studio is clean and props and proper sanitation are provided. Over all would recommend to people with a current or previous practice, or to those looking for a place to start.

I am so happy with Saunter Yoga and Wellness. The studio offers a wide variety of yoga classes and as I have signed up for a full membership, (senior discount available) I can attend many classes which are offered in the AMs and PMs. I find the owner Ashly and the other instructors to be friendly and professional. The studio is clean and has air-conditioning, a wonderful feature considering Atascadero's hot summer weather.

Cozy, approachable yoga studio with great vibes and a wide variety of yoga and meditation offerings. I appreciate that the studio is unheated so that I can focus on using my breath to build heat and turn attention to subtlety of movement. Looking forward to trying more classes and getting back into my yoga practice!

I came to the Studio a Year ago August 23 with the introductory offer, enjoyed the yoga classes, instructors and other students so much that I signed up for the membership, which is a great offer, since then the Studio has moved downtown to Traffic Way. Now I can walk to classes and I take several every week. I call it my happy place ?

This is a wonderful and welcoming studio with a wide variety of instructors and yoga styles. Definitely worth a try.

We’ve had massage & yoga with Ashly…and loved all of it. My 17 yr old daughter was in a car accident and Ashly was very intuitive when working with her and explaining things during massage. We’ve done restorative yoga as well and it is amazing, I always leave feeling calmer and more at peace. Ashly has a down-to-earth way about her that puts you at ease but is also so good for the soul.
