Great shop, nice folks, good communication! I bought a tailgate pad and recently had some work done on my bike by K-Man in Atascadero. Thomas was able to sniff out a bottom bracket issue that had been eluding me for months, tracked it down and took care of it. Couldn't be happier!

I had a fantastic experience with K Man Cycler in Paso Robles! I reached out to them via phone and email over two days, and each time, they responded promptly and helpfully. I needed assistance troubleshooting the battery and charge on my e-bike, and even though I didn't purchase my bike from them, they were more than willing to assist. Their customer service was exceptional, and I was particularly impressed with how clean and organized their store is. It's clear that K Man Cycler values both their products and their customers. What a great team in Atascadero. They got my tired, and slightly beat up, bicycle back on the road so quickly! It travels with me in my RV so I ride it at all types of places. They did a much needed tune-up and suggested a type of tire that works for both hard roads AND rough dirt and gravel. What a difference! It’s now easy to ride for groceries AND to ride around BLM land. Happy staff. Quick service. Competitive pricing. Great product suggestions.YES, I recommend this shop.

I got to K-Man's a few minutes before they opened, and we got right into the fun! I'm about a thousand miles into the western states and my old bike is about worn out. They helped me pick a great upgrade bike, we swapped tires and added some accessories, and I was out the door in no time at all. They have great inventory, the store was well organized, and the 2 staff I met were obviously bike people, we talked bikes for a while, they asked good questions to help me make the best choices. Very highly recommended! For anyone interested, I'm riding a solar powered electric bicycle conversion, towing a trailer for the panels.
