I am so impressed with Sebastopol Pilates and thrilled that I have found my amazing instructor, Julianna. While not a Pilates beginner when I started with her, after months of rehabbing an injury, I needed to go back to the basics. I literally cannot wait for my next lesson as she is helping me quickly regain form and strength. Her experience and knowledge of Pilates is extensive. She provides me with challenging, varied yet appropriate exercises for my current fitness level, at each lesson -all with kindness and encouragement.
The studio she and Melissa share is well equipped and perfect for both private and small group lessons. The environment they have created is supportive and inviting. I have sampled other studios in town and feel Sebastopol Pilates is just the right fit for me.

Melissa is amazing... nice, professional and super skilled at teaching pilates! She teaches with an attention for details and proper form focus. The women here have a strong foundation of knowledge and a good amount of experience under their belts. This is a great and safe place to practice Pilates! I recommend setting up some private sessions before jumping into classes. Both women who run the practice are fantastic.
