I definitely have no idea where to start off with this review because it’s just been a great experience from the very start I sat down with the trainer Javon and he was super personable very understanding to my needs and help me with realistic weight goals. He truly understands the struggle especially if you are plus size category really professional about it all the prices are super awesome and affordable for the extra mile he goes above and beyond in my eyes for the price. The atmosphere in the gym is super awesome which I love to be very honest you don’t feel like your being judged by other members Jacob always makes sure you have proper posture for the exercise given and if not he will help you in the part the music is a blast the space is always well maintained and clean which is a bonus doesn’t smell like the regular gyms with all that BO which I also appreciate overall just a great space and build your self a true joy working out some days I’m sore and others not but overall I’ve been doing amazing with my weight loss journey with Javons help I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who ask your defiantly going to get the results you are looking for.!

This is the best experience I have ever had at a gym. Javon is a very professional trainer and takes passion in helping people reach their goals to be healthy. It’s more than just working out I have learned better food choices with the meals that are suggested and designed personally for me. I also enjoy the app that keeps me on track and challenges me with the extra workouts on my off days. I would definitely recommend this gym!!
