I highly recommend Marcy at Nitless Noggins in Scott’s Valley. Do not hesitate to call her if you or your family are exposed to lice. Marcy is very responsive and understanding of accommodating new appointments or treatments as quickly as possible. She is so professional with so much practical advice and knowledge. And she is great with kids! Do not hesitate to call or book an appointment. Just go! You will not regret it. Your time and energy is worth more than the cost to get checked or treated. I am so grateful that Marcy offers her services in my area! Thank you!!!!

Two of my kiddos were exposed to lice and Marcy was able to get us in the very next day of us finding out about the lice exposure. She was super thorough and luckily only found nits in my kiddos hair. My kids got treated and 1 day post treatment we are still nit-free! Marcy is super nice, very knowledgeable of treatment/post treatment/and prevention of nits and lice, and extremely thorough in her services. She also has a great selection of toys and movies to keep kids entertained during her services. Highly recommended!

I can't rave enough about Marcy! I never even knew services like hers existed until last summer when both my daughter and I discovered we had lice right before a big vacation. Marcy calmed me down, promptly saw us, and did an amazing job. My daughter has very long, very thick hair and it took a while, but Marcy was so kind and made the time pass quickly. Eight months later, my daughter got lice AGAIN and Marcy literally got her in the same day I called, treated her, and sent us on our merry way feeling way less stressed. She is in a new location now and the new place is so cute and welcoming. I don't wish lice upon ANYONE but if you have to deal with it, please go see Marcy.

Marcy is incredibly thoughtful and thorough. Her response time was immediate and was able to see my kids and I that same morning I called. Her office is very clean and organized and her method for removing nits and lice is extremely thorough and effective. She made the experience even easier with allowing the kids to watch a movie during their treatments. 10/10 highly recommend Nitless Noggins. Well worth every penny and on top of the whole experience being great, she uses non-toxic solution to eliminate bugs and sells quality yet affordable eco friendly hair products that prevent future lice. My daughter and I had a great experience with Marcy at Nitless Noggins. She got us in quickly, was very thorough and best of all we were nit/lice free at the end.

We called at 8p the day before a holiday, and Marcy talked us through what to do until our appointment to fight the lice and even went out of her way to make sure we got the nit comb too. At our appointment, Marcy had my daughter pick out a movie, and part way through the treatment, she asked if it was ok to offer my kid a snack, making the whole experience fun and relaxing for my daughter.

Hopefully we won’t need her services again, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if needed and will recommend Nitless Noggins to anyone looking for lice removal.

She worked with me throughout her very busy and booked day to find time for my entire family to be checked out. She put our minds at ease and made this very unpleasant experience easy and normal. Marcy was amazing! I suspected my daughter had lice on a sunday morning and by Sunday afternoon, she was at Nitless Noggins, watching a movie, while Marcy was treating her for lice. She checked all of us in the family and gave us pointers to help prevent in the future and how to check moving forward. How lucky we are to have her in our community!
