Celebrated my birthday with a few friends making macarons. The instructor was friendly enough and if you can look past the minimal ingredients it was a great experience, but not for $89 per personā€¦ needless to say we will not be going back. Some things to consider before booking the macaron class: they have 4 people per station with one set of ingredients. The equipment was clearly run down, kitchenaid mixer paint was scuffed and chipped, the spatulas were stained and burned. The set of ingredients makes about 35 macaron sandwiches. The shells themselves werenā€™t flavored (just basic almond flour shells). The fillings were split up between the instructor and the two stations (there were 8 people in this class 4 per station). The two stations shared the completed macarons which didnā€™t even equate to 10 per person. One of my friends ended up with only 6. Ingredients are pre-measured so not much learning on that end. The class description stated it would be a 3 hour class, we finished in about 2 hours so there was definitely time to make more batches of macaronsā€¦
Honestly 1 star is for the instructors and 1 for the experience, but grossly overpricedā€¦

Chef Lindsay and her staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made this Italian pasta cooking class so much fun for my daughter and for me! There was a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. Everything tasted fabulous and I learned a lot!I really canā€™t express how impressed I was with the chef and the whole experience. Iā€™ll be back with my husband and friends for sure!

Chef Don made this a very pleasant and interactive experience. We did contemporary Mediterranean food, including rack of lamb, chicken skewers, couscous, baba ganoush, a wonderful mint and mango chutney, delicious risotto, and a baklava apple dessert that was phenomenal. So much fun!

What a great afternoon to take a cooking class. Tons of food, tons of info, fun instructor and support team. Cannot stop talking about it. This was a new class. We made birria de la rez, salsa roja, guacamole, shrimp enchiladas with poblano cream and hand made tortillas and all topped off with churros con chocolate. We worked together with other like minded people and had loads of fun.. Amazing! Cannot wait for the next one.

I purchased a cooking class for my friend who recently got married. We joined a wait-list and managed to reserve a spot ~2 weeks in advance. We had a BLAST. Chef Quincy was attentive, light hearted, and thorough. He even taught me how to properly chop an onion (sounds ridiculous, but the basics are important). I can't wait to repeat the recipe at home. I definitely plan on taking another class with Quincy!
