I can't express enough gratitude for Dana's coaching. Over the past year, she has changed my life. I came to her with crippling anxiety, an eating disorder, and struggles with perfectionism and depression. As insanely nervous as I was at our first session, her compassionate approach immediately put me at ease. Dana is very warm and approachable, making it easy to open up!
