Torie helped me through a difficult time when I didn't feel like I needed therapy but rather an advisor and coach to help me balance my life better and acknowledge my own needs. I would never have thought that I could prioritize myself while actually helping my children feel more loved and attended to - I always thought I had to choose one or the other.

Torie is the absolute best!
