I have been working with Noel for over 6 months now. I have stayed on because the work I do with her is invaluable and layered. While we currently focus on my personal life, we spent a great deal of time on my professional life. Noel helped me develop boundaries and systems that allow me to organize my work day in a way that keeps me focused and not burnt out. She also helped me work through how I defined myself too much through my profession and thus was taking on more stress and self-blame. These issues come up everywhere in my life and Noel has helped me define what is my authentic power when I am working as well as how to not punish myself for taking self-care and down time. She is very intuitive when I am resistant to a strategy and always has other options and avenues of unfolding an issue.
