I had heard great things about Sarah's Swedish relaxation massages and decided to schedule with her. It was so relaxing! Both her space and her whole demeanor is welcoming and soothing. She has a very nurturing approach and it was very easy to just relax and receive her healing touch. I felt very comfortable--her table was warm and really comfortable; the temperature of the space was great, the lighting, the smells, the sounds were all really nice and added to my ability to relax. She's really experienced and that came through in the bodywork. I left her office feeling very relaxed and blissed out. I absolutely recommend her for helping your body and mind to relax and be nurtured--great reset!

I had a wonderful experience having a massage with Sarah. She has such a tender touch and caring approach being with her clients. I experienced my first craniosacral massage treatment. it was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I think I benefitted more from this technique more than the traditional pressure massage.
Sarah's touch was so light, yet I could feel deep shifts in my body, almost like a wave of calm spreading through me. By the end of the session, I felt a profound sense of relaxation. My appointment was at 530 PM and I felt so tired and I was yawning all the way to my appointment. I drove home with more mental clarity and focus. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking stress relief and overall balance.
