I LOVED the group breathwork journey. I've enjoyed a variety of healing modalities and Aimee's breathwork group was unlike anything I've ever experienced! It was extraordinary, phenomenal, and at the top of my list of incredible, expansive experiences. I felt powerful and beautiful somatic sensations, including an electric current of energy up my whole body; I felt transformed and somehow purified, and that "my capacity for experiencing Heaven on earth had been expanded." WOW! It was a trippy, fun, mind-blowing ride.
