This gym is the real deal that's open 24 hours. More iron than you will find at any other pansy posing parlor. Super clean.

Buy your membership online (mine was for 6 days). They have an app that you'll need to download and use to open the door connecting your phone to the Bluetooth device to the left of the door (I checked that in red on the photo).

The best gym, ever! From the owners to the trainers to the clients, everyone has created this amazing gym culture there that makes everyone feel welcome! Whether you are a powerlifter or body builder or just started your journey, this place is for you. The community is great! I am a veteran, so I'm proud to be part of this veteran owned gym! If you haven't tried it come check it out once you come in you won't want to leave and now we are getting a second location as well so I'm excited to see how this community grows! Keep up the good work!!! Member since 2022!

The lack of maintenance is disappointing especially in the bathroom. A large chunk of the equipment is torn up or has spare parts laying next to them making you question if it’s safe to use or not. Step up for how much people are paying to exercise here. Just because it has a big reputation in Fresno doesn’t mean it’s nice, looks like a gym basement. Staff wasn’t the nicest either dude could not care less

It truly pains me to leave this review, as this gym holds so much potential and is one of the few that can compete with larger chains like GB3 in Fresno. The ambiance is inviting, and the community of members is fantastic. However, there are some critical issues that cannot be overlooked.

First, if you’re a woman who works out, I strongly advise changing at home. The gym employs a male staff member who cleans the women’s locker room, often entering without prior notice. I’ve raised this concern with the management, and while they assured me it would be addressed, yet he still does it.

Second, the staff exude an air of superiority and are remarkably unhelpful when it comes to resolving membership concerns or issues with the app. Their preferred mode of communication is email, yet responses can take a week—unacceptable for any business, let alone one trying to expand. Speaking of expansion, while the new location is a welcome addition, perhaps it would be wise to first address the existing shortcomings and prioritize your loyal members before branching out.

It’s a great gym atmosphere but honestly a lot of the machines are broken or worn down such that you don’t want to use them. The smith machine does not glide like it should, 3/4 stair steppers are non functional, many machines that have preloaded weights the pin is impossible to move or place. The single available row machine is catchy and loud. Disappointing for a gym that is $1000/yr.

Decent gym but we’ve called for three months now to cancel our membership because we moved away and no one will answer the phone and you can’t cancel on the app! Terrible customer service and no one is ever at the front to help. It’s a hit or miss. I’m leaving this review because me and my spouse are out on 100’s of dollars because there is no way for us to cancel

Given my short period of time at this gym, I would have to say for the rate charging the customer service was not as inviting as other gyms. However, I did love how engaged personally they were on an individual level with their clients. The cleanliness needed work as well a bit. At no fault of the employees, but management does need to replace toilet seats and other items in the bathroom. Also the safety regarding a razor left in the boxing room needs to be addressed as well. I also appreciated how the equipment had a foreign feel to them. Very high quality of you ask me. Good job overall.
