FitTRAC Redwood City Gym

I’ve been going to FitTrac regularly for about a year and a half now, and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. Fantastic coaches for both personal training and group classes, and a wonderful community that keeps it fun and supportive. I feel very comfortable here and really all the support achieving my goals.

I have been a member of FitTRAC since 2021. Working out from home gives me the front row spot to every workout session. I attended a variety of classes: strength training, cardio, core, yoga, stretch and recovery, and guided meditation. I also attended zumba and dance fitness classes when they were offered. FitTRAC has been an important part of my fitness journey. I have lost (and continuing to lose) weight while building strength, stamina and endurance, and have developed healthy habits. FitTRAC also offers a nutrition program with 1:1 coaching from an awesome coach. The occasional challenges offered make workouts fun--like the Lean By Halloween Challenge, and now the Holiday Challenge. FitTRAC has taught me to be accountable for my fitness journey and stay healthy. Thank you, Coach CJ Easter, for the community FitTRAC is!

Love the challenging full-body workouts, the upbeat encouraging coaches (especially Mario and Brent), and the variety of session times for my ever-changing schedule. What a fun community to get strong with!

I’ve been going to FitTrak for more than two years. I’ve be found it great for all around fitness and strength. My recurring back problems have mostly gone away since I’ve been going to FitTrak. I enjoy the energy of the coaches and fellow participants… it keeps me coming back, which is half the battle. Most of all, they are great folks!

I’ve worked out at both the Menlo Park and Redwood City campuses, and I couldn’t be happier! Started exercising as a reluctant participant; now, I’m disappointed when I miss a workout. Trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging. They adjust individual exercises to accommodate injuries. They know how when to push you and when to hold you back. I can’t recommend FitTRAC highly enough!

I train with coach Darren who is a strong motivator for my fitness success. He is professional and kind hearted. I feel he is always understanding me and pushing me to do more than I thought I could do. I highly recommend him and Fitrac as a fitness company.

This gym is the best for me! The instructors are patient and knowledgable, and the environment is small enough where you can really focus on improvement and accuracy of the exercises. A++
