Working with Matt has absolutely been a pleasant experience. I’ve found that working together with him has been eye opening and breath of fresh air in realizing what I am truly capable of despite my own prior thoughts of the contrary. What I really enjoy through our interactions, is that he doesn’t give me the answers, but leads me to answering my own questions through his listening and asking the right questions. Such a great experience. Highly recommend!!! I think like most people I wasn't sure what a life coach was or how one could help me. I am always looking for ways to improve myself personally and professionally. I randomly looked into what having a life coach is all about I figured it was worth a try. I found Matt and reached out and from the very beginning it felt like he was the right coach for me. He walked me through what a life coach is and is not. He explained his philosophy, methods, and certifications as well as what got him to get involved in coaching. He made it really easy to get started with the first few sessions to feel it out. After those first few I was already uncovering ways to improve my work performance, my work - life balance, and ways to evaluate my perspectives for the better. After ever session I walked about with action items, and just a better sense of direction towards my goals. By the end of my program with Matt I was able to get some areas of my life that I wanted to improve back on track. I think everyone could benefit from working with a life coach like Matt, but not everyone will get it. Matt is a great person to start a life coach journey with.
