I have had coaching sessions and somatic breath work sessions with Aubrey and wow! She has a gift. I highly recommend her. A single breath work class with Aubrey unlocked and healed more for me than 15 years of therapy. She creates such a warm and safe space. She knows her stuff and puts in the work which shows in her confidence and presence while in session. In such a vulnerable field it’s easy to be scammed or in the presence of bad energy- but there will be none of that here. You are in good hands. Good energy. Aubrey created an amazing somatic breathwork experience. Her voice was meditative and calm, and throughout the session ensured that all directions were clear and that I was comfortable. She was very thorough in her descriptions of each portion of the session, and was extremely well-informed in her craft. Afterward, I felt calm, clear-headed and also rejuvenated. If you've never done somatic work before you ABSOLUTELY should - I had such an enlightening session with Aubrey, who is amazing! So present and warm, she made sure I was super comfortable, and then led the session in a way that made me feel able to explore this new adventure, which meant my session was unlike anything I'd ever experienced in breathing or meditation before. 10/10 would recommend.

From the second the session started, Aubrey made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She created such an expansive container together and led me through a unique somatic experience. I loved the poem at the end and felt so refreshed after. Highly recommend!
