My experience with Laurus College has been extremely pleasant and rewarding. I have been a student at the Atascadero Campus since 2015 and I have thoroughly enjoyed the program I’m in. I have completed the Associates degree in Professional Business Systems and I will soon graduate with that programs’ Bachelor’s degree.
Everything from becoming a student, learning the online classroom, accessing books and materials, quizzes, homework, classroom time and receiving financial aid has been pretty straight forward and help is always around if needed. The faculty and staff have always helped make accommodations for my disabilities and the teachers have always worked with me whenever an issue arises. The classes are accelerated compared to traditional colleges with each class only being 5 weeks long. However, if you manage your time well, you will find that this pace is actually easy to keep up with. I have tried traditional community colleges before with no success, but, Laurus College has enabled me to become more marketable to employers and has helped me accomplish my educational goals and dreams. I recommend Laurus College to anyone who has limited time due to jobs, children, family, doesn’t have time for multiple campus classes after a hard days work, veterans and military members because they work well with all of you, and those who understand the value of education. Laurus college truly is a great way to invest in yourself and your future, plus, they are accredited and accepted by many employers.
