I love everything about this gym; the instructors are both knowledgeable and excellent communicators, open to questions and good at explaining maneuvers to new students. (Adult) classes are small, and fellow students support and encourage each other. Very laid back atmosphere for such an intense sport! I couldn't recommend Kaijin MMA more highly.

Kaijin has become part our family. The instructors are true specialists and the people that come to this gym are all around good quality people. My son and I joined at the same time and have learned so much here. Highly recommend for anyone in the area. You will train hard, sweat and gain a level of attention to detail unlike anywhere else!

My timid daughter has been a student here for about 6 months. She has gained a new love for BJJ, as well as a confidence when interacting with peers during other sports and school. Once our other daughter is old enough, she will be a student here as well! All instructors have an obvious passion for working with the kiddos.

My son has been training at Kaijin for about a year now and I decided it was time to give it a try myself. Walking into my first class was intimidating, but the welcoming atmosphere really put me at ease. The coaching is excellent (supportive but challenging), the fellow students are friendly, and although it's a tough sport, I continue to look forward to training every week.

Kaijin North is such a great place to train jui jitsu and boxing. My daughter has been going here for 2 years and she loves it. Her self esteem is great now. I have been training for a year here I liked watching my child do it that I decided to do it. The instructors are great and the staff are nice.

Great school, great instructors, Great jiu jitsu and other martial arts. Very nice and welcoming atmosphere, supportive teammates who want everyone to get better. Tough, technical school with no meathead attitude. You couldn't ask for a better place to train.

I've been coming here sine 2011 and I love it. The instructors are passionate and dedicated to their craft. Since I began training here I've successfully competed in BJJ tournaments and a kickboxing match. This gym is top quality and can improve most anyone's skills on the mat. Give it a shot!
