Words cannot describe the level of detail, thoughtfulness, and care Igor putts into his teaching. My partner and I hired Igor to choreograph our wedding first dance. We could not be more happy. Igor is unique. He doesn’t just reach you how to dance, but how to your your body to communicate with your partner. This teaches you a lesson beyond just the dance. Igor also knew how to teach both my mom and father in law, which did not have experience. He handled their personalities with grace, and always knew how to politely challenge them. Igor struck a passion for dance for both my partner and I, and our relationship defiantly thrives as a result. Can’t recommend Igor enough!

Igor is AWESOME!!!
We had private lessons with him for our 1st dance at the wedding. He first taught us some steps then put them together for the entire song. He also designed all the moves based on our level. Very encouraging and patient! Definitely recommend him!!

I began taking private ballroom lessons 6 years ago, and with Igor 3 ago, when he first started out teaching in my area. Having become quite involved in the world of ballroom dance - learning all the ins and outs, who's who internationally and locally, etc. - I can confidently say that Igor is one of the best teachers and choreographers in the business. He's truly a hidden gem.

Igor's training is top-notch - he has trained with some of the world's top-ranking coaches both in Russia and in the US - and unlike many other teachers you will find, he really dedicates himself to passing his professional expertise to his students so that they can dance like real ballroom dancers too! I had been learning ballroom dance for 3 years before him and saw little improvement. After I started taking lessons from Igor, I found out that this was because I had been taught the wrong techniques! This actually happens quite a lot with teachers, and with ballroom dance, you cannot dance beautifully if you don't have the right techniques. What's more, I had been treated as if I wouldn't be able to get past a certain level because of my age. But Igor had faith in me even when I didn't have faith in myself. He really encouraged me to do what I thought was impossible for me. Because of him, I have improved so much. To my surprise, many people - including many ballroom teachers - have come up to tell me how impressed they were with how far I've come and with the general level and technique of all of Igor's students. Learning ballroom dance has brought meaning to my life and made every day fuller, and I have Igor to thank for this!

If you are looking for a dance teacher don't search any farther...you just found the great one! We came to Igor over a month ago to get ready for our wedding dance and he worked his magic with us! His patience, creativity and professionalism along with individual and unique approach to every couple/student worth every penny. He truly helped us to make our first dance a magical moment !
