Edit in response to the owners comment:
She informed me that she “found the horse deceased when she went out to feed one morning”. And now their are multiple witnesses to his passing I was 100% transparent that he needed to gain back some weight, as he had been pasture boarded at a facility that was not adequately feeding for a horse of his size and was just not thriving (hence why I made the decision to rehome him) and that he had been out of work for 6+ months and would need to be reconditioned. I asked multiple time for photos and updates on how he was doing. She paid 3/4 of the agreed upon price (after months of excuses why she could not make timely payments) and then decided that she was not going to pay the remainder. I have never asked for a penny more than the agreed upon purchase price of the horse.

The owner, Jolin, purchased a lesson horse from me in December of 2023, on a payment plan, with a signed contract, as well as with the promise to send photos and updates on this very special horse. I never received one photo or real update after allowing her to take possession of the horse. In March 2024, she informed me that the horse passed away unexpectedly, and has since decided to stop making the agreed upon payments. A caution to any trainers that might be considering sending a horse to this woman. I will never know what actually happened to my horse, but it does not appear that this business owner is trustworthy.

Absolutely love this barn. All the trainers and the owner are so welcoming, nice, and respectful. They go out of their way to accommodate us (the clients) and always have the best interest of the kids. They really care about the well being of the horses and the students. My daughter has been with this barn for almost 2 years now and she has learned so much about caring for the horses and about riding. The trainers have done an awesome job with all the kids when I watch them interact with the horses. I cannot say enough nice things about the barn and trainers and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I started riding her around two years ago. I believe they’ve really helped me develop as a rider and the barn has turned into my second home. Alexis and Jolin have really helped me gain confidence in my riding and overall self.

The trainers are very attentive to both horse and rider and really try to find a good match for each person. I started here with terrible form and little to no experience and i can now comfortably participate and place in a show.

It is my opinion that the owner is a crook. In my belief she really lacks training capabilities as compared with other trainers I have seen. If you’re looking to buy a horse from her don’t expect upfront honesty. She will attempt to charge you to test ride the horse, will constantly change scheduling, and has impractical rules which make it hard to really judge a horse. Have your kids stay away and avoid her at all costs- in my opinion and experience you can receive much better training elsewhere.

Staff was super nice and answered every question we had about teaching my child how to ride horses. All the staff members were passionate and upbeat as well. The animals looked very happy and well fed will definitely be returning to them for lessons or any help I need on this journey with my child and teaching them about horses. GREAT ace would highly recommend, to bad 5 stars is the limit or I would give more!!!!!!

Such a shady place. The horses seemed so unhappy and a lot of them looked underweight. The tack and stalls were disgusting too. They would not refund money when we prepaid for two lessons and canceled on the last one.
