I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived mid morning, without an appointment scheduled and within 5 minutes, they had my car already in the shop. It took roughly 30 minutes or so to change my oil, rotate my tires and they even thoroughly inspected my entire engine, brakes, and everything. Before I knew it, my car had been driven out into the front of the shop, all ready to go. Terry, the shop manager, was extremely friendly and polite. These guys didn’t try to sell me things my vehicle didn’t need nor did they suggest services I wasn’t in need of.
It’s so hard to find a shop where they don’t try to upsale you because they make you think you need extra services. I will definitely return to this shop the next oil change or whatever I’m needing. I live in Fresno but the quick drive to Sanger was completely worth it.
Thank you Terry and to the shop guys for this wonderful experience. I sincerely appreciate everything.

Management arrives late at times. They take forever for a car to be serviced. No proper organization on which car should be serviced next. Appointments should always be honored and carried out.

Greeted by Steve… was seen within the hour… no appointment! Fix my tire… didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need! I am from Fresno.. was doing business in Sanger… I’d drive back to Sanger Goodguys Tire to do business … it is a 40 minute drive…. I have a tire store down the street… I appreciated their kindness and professionalism!
