I started my membership in November 2023 and work with a trainer twice per week. Super friendly staff and very clean gym. My trainer Chris is excellent (except when he makes me do ropes for 15 seconds) ?I also started the nutrition program led by a very knowledgeable and supportive Hannah! They both keep me accountable to myself.

Had a great experience at Everyday Fitness. Chris Arnold was my trainer and he was awesome! He was attentive to my needs and challenged me to push a little bit more than what I thought I could and ended up surprising myself each time. You can tell he really enjoys helping people and seeing them hit their goals. Thanks Chris!

I decided to start working with a trainer because I needed help in developing workouts, building confidence and being held accountable. I chose Ryan Tirado because he has experience with helping people obtain their goals, while provide extensive knowledge and support. I was impressed by his throughness of our initial evaluation. He really took the time to understand my fitness goals, injuries, things I enjoy, etc. His workouts have been thoughtful and feel individualized and tailored to me. Not the cookie cutter type of workouts. I highly recommend him for all levels of training!

I came in to get stronger, and I wanted to be able to garden & jog pain free, and I feel like I absolutely hit those goals. From Isaiah, I learned a lot, his knowledge of the body and muscle building is tremendous as well as his knowledge of biomechanics. I found that Isaiah took the guess work out and I am now confident enough to progressively overload my exercises. If you’re looking to build muscle and become educated on all things exercise related I highly recommend Isaiah as a personal trainer / coach.

6 months ago I started with Everyday... Ryan (personal trainer) was honored enough to have me as his client.. lucky guy...the gym was forgien to me...I had no idea what I was doing. Ryan is knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic..he is a brilliant trainer and awesome person.

My encounters have been nothing but positive with everyone from the staff to the people working out.

Five stars ? only because it doesn’t give me the option for TEN!! Saying I love this gym is an understatement!! I’ve had an amazing experience with personal training for over a year now. I’ve learned a lot about the proper way to exercise and the importance on consistency. Aaron is full of knowledge and has been patient through my knee injury. Staff is super friendly and my daughter LOVES the kids club. She named it “Gym with Friends” ? Recommend this gym ?
Kate is also AMAZING! If you’re in Redding, this is your GYM ‍♀️

Great gym overall

I think this gym is a great place to get your workout in.staff are very helpful and polite people. I have been going to this gym for almost 2 years now and I have never had a problem with the staff or anyone. Definitely recommend going to this gym?
