I recently took the introductory CrossFit class with Coach Alex, and it was an amazing experience. With no prior CrossFit experience and feeling a bit out of shape, I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. The four-day course was tailored for me and one other participant, and Alex’s encouragement and patience made all the difference. His passion for helping others understand and embrace CrossFit transformed what initially felt intimidating into something truly enjoyable. I was so invested that I extended my classes for an additional week and now plan to continue my CrossFit journey. Highly recommend this gym and Coach Alex—such a supportive and motivating environment!

I choose Crossfit 916 over other gyms because of the excellent coaches and motivating environment. The workouts are all written out 1 week ahead of time with videos on the movements to help you prepare. Each daily workout has a purpose and don’t overlap previous days workouts. The workouts are explained and demonstrated in great detail. Coaches are always making sure you are doing the movements correctly. You can’t go wrong with this gym!

Best Gym experience ever! I’ve played college baseball and been through several different weight training programs. The coaches here are exceptional at teaching the fundamentals and know how to push you to your full potential. Wish I was doing CrossFit a long time ago.
