If I could put 10 stars I would. Hands down the best trainer ever. She works with your schedule, takes her time to see what your goals are and how yall can meet them, and also help you overcome the mental challenges. She always has positive vibes. If you want a trainer that really cares about your physical goals as well as mental, she is at the top of the list!!!
