My experience working with Jen during the planning process through the presentation and post-session was stellar! She effortlessly customized our presentation and was very attentive to the needs of the executive team and myself in preparing for our company retreat. From the top down, I heard nothing but compliments and rave reviews about Coach Jen and the Clifton Strengths/ StrengthsFinders. Many expressed an interest in continuing coaching and assessments down the road with more team members. The whole experience added great value to our retreat and has certainly made a positive impact on the company. 10 out of 10, would recommend!!! 😀

Wow! To be totally transparent - I was skeptical of the "Strengths" approach to coaching. I hadn't heard of Clifton, and as someone wary of daily horoscopes and labeling, I wasn't sure how defining myself with this method would be helpful...And then I took the test and jumped in with Jen & wished I had done it TEN YEARS AGO. Jen is able to take the "code" of strengths and bring forth the humanity and clear application for daily life. I feel like, for the first time, I was able to celebrate my work style. And the most liberating part of strengths work, especially as an entrepreneur who feels the pressure to be good at everything, was realizing that there's no failure in delegating! I HIGHLY recommend Jen to artists, entrepreneurs, corporate folks, et. al. - this method is incredible!

I worked with Jen during a time where I felt creatively “stuck”. I knew I needed a push of some kind, but I wasn’t sure in which direction. Thanks to only one(!) phone session with Jen, I got back on track and even landed a big project for myself that I wouldn’t have otherwise had the courage to go for.

Not only has she helped me, she’s also guided my husband and even us as a couple as well. Her coaching sessions are what inspired me to attend the inaugural Wild Flowers Retreat earlier this year. It was a beautiful weekend that built upon similar techniques I'd experienced with Jen, all in the company of like-minded women. It enabled me to have a calm, clear-headed start to 2024.

I don’t fear getting stuck again because I know that if/when I do, I can seek out Jen’s help through her variety of resources and offerings. I truly can’t recommend her enough!
