From the moment you step into the warm classrooms and inviting classroom, it's evident that Mrs. Melina has created a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Beyond the academic aspects, Angels places great emphasis on social and emotional development. Everyone models kindness, empathy, and conflict resolution, helping children navigate the complexities of friendships and social interactions. We are incredibly grateful to Mrs. Melina, Mrs. Vanessa, and the entire staff for the profound impact they have had on our child's life. Angel's Montessori Preschool is a true gem, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Looking forward to bringing our next little one even earlier here.

I’m writing this because I was a parent like you. I was so nervous dropping off my diaper-wearing, babbling 24-month-old for the first time, not knowing how he would fare for the next 8 hours, let alone through his most formative years. Now my son has blossomed out of his shell after spending 3 full years at Angels Montessori. It’s important for me to highlight just how exceptional this school is and express my full gratitude to the school’s amazing staff for the love they poured into my son. Angels Montessori Preschool has been an extraordinary place for my son’s early education. The school community is extremely diverse, and I quickly learned from other parents how much they prioritize a nurturing environment. It speaks volumes to how Angels Montessori magnetically draws together all these thoughtful parents deeply committed to their children’s education. I'm truly impressed by all the kind and supportive classmates my son was surrounded by during these formative years. He was challenged and encouraged to be the best version of himself. It’s truly something even money can’t buy. The school director, Ms. Melina, ensures a safe yet stimulating environment where my son can learn, fail, and grow. Her understanding of childhood development and efficient management style have created a nurturing atmosphere that promotes self-confidence, creativity, and exploration. I’m sure some of my beginner parenting questions to her were probably a tad over the top, but her advice on various parenting challenges, from sleep concerns to speech development, has been invaluable to us over the years. Honestly, the school is strict with drop-off and pick-up, and I won’t sugarcoat it. I’ve learned a lesson or two about tardiness when I had to pay a penalty per minute (clearly outlined in the handbook). But it’s the same lesson I would expect my son to learn. The teachers, including long-term staff like Ms. Vanessa, Ms. Terry, Ms. Lillybeth, and Ms. Reina, are truly the best. They foster a love for learning in my son while preparing him for kindergarten, as evidenced by his advanced math and reading skills for his age. He loves sharing everything he learns and experiences during school time. This is the attitude that makes me super happy as he embarks on his next stage in the public school system. Looking back at all the posters my son created, the dance performances he rehearsed, and songs he sang, Angels Montessori provided a childhood experience beyond what we could offer at home as two working parents. It truly became an extension of our family, filled with love and daily adventures. Angels Montessori Preschool simply exceeded our expectations in every way!

This school is OUTSTANDING. There's a deep-rooted culture of respect and discipline among pupils, staff, and parents. The amazing teachers and staff make this school exceptional. They create an environment filled with positive relationships. Why is my review important? Because my child has been a student at this school for 3 yrs and my opinion is based on factual experiences. We enrolled our son when he was 2.5yrs old, back in mid 2021. Angels Montessori was one of the 4 schools we toured and by far the best. Why we decided on Angels Montesorri: classrooms and bathrooms were impeccable; all kids looked happy; teachers were also happy and well-put-together (dressed well, make-up on, hair done, pleasant attitudes). Melina, the director, was very informative and, although she seemed a bit more reserved in our initial interactions, she oozed professionalism — which is what we loved about her. She has maintained that professionalism throughout our time at the school. From day 1 we could tell how much she loved the school. She showed it by always being present, always always always responding to emails in a timely manner, and always making sure the school ran the way it is supposed to. Sadly, today was our son’s last day at Angels Montesorri, which is why I’m writing this review. He is now moving on to kindergarten. He is now 5.5 yrs old and takes with him amazing memories and brain full of knowledge. He can read, write, add and subtract. He loves being social (he makes friends wherever he goes). He has developed into an amazing lil boy in large part thanks to EVERY SINGLE staff member of this phenomenal preschool!! P.S. the end of year concert this school puts together is the most adorable thing you’ll ever witness.

The school came highly recommended as a school that will prepare a child for elementary school. They promote a fun learning environment and expose children to different cultures. We loved the staff and their attention to detail with their students. My daughter went from crying and hiding when she went to her previous school to truly loving going to go to school at Angels Montessori. She started first grade prepared for an elementary school that strives to be grades ahead in math and reading levels. She hit the ground running thanks to the staff and principal at Angels Montessori in Alhambra.

The cleanliness of the facility is a major concern. The classrooms and play areas were often dirty, with toys and supplies scattered everywhere. It didn't feel like a safe or healthy environment for my child.

Angels Montessori forever will be in our hearts!! The staff is amazing with so much heart and caring mindset. It was wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to daycare here. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualized way. The management team is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we’re very thankful to Melina and the whole team of teachers Mrs. Terry, Mrs. Vanessa, Mrs. Patty and many others that care for my daughter for many years. If we decide to have another baby without a doubt we will be coming back here and letting them do what they do best!!

It was always a tough decision on what school to put your little one in to start their formal education. My husband and I feel very lucky to find Angel's Montessori for our son. He started the school when he was close to three. He has learnt so much for the past year, from fully potty trained to communicating and expressing himself well. ORGANIZATION and PROFESSION are the two key words coming to my mind after my first school visit. I also want to add LOVE and PASSION to the list. From the Program Director Ms. Melina to every teacher at the school, everyone is super nice and loves kids so much. Ms. Melina is also very responsive to your emails and is available to meet if needed. I highly recommend Angel's to any parents who wants to find a place full of joy, love and growth for your little one(s).

I love Angels Montessori with all my heart. This is not just a school, this is family. The best teachers are mentoring both of my kids every day. The level of education is great, teachers are very professional and they really do care about your child. Thank you Ms Vanessa, thank you Ms Terry, thank you Ms Melina and every single teacher that works there. My only wish is that Angels Montessori would expand and go up to middle school and high school.. so we won’t have to leave :)
