I wish i could remember his name I think it was Scott he was in the shoe department last night in Atascadero and so helpful ...I was looking for a similar shoe to ones i had bought three pairs of several years before and he hunted down the one he thought was closest . i appreciate his help

First time shopping in the Atascadero store. All the employees were nice and seemed happy to help if needed. They had lots of sale prices during the holiday month(Dec). I thought the pricing was very good better than I was expecting or thought. I am sure I will be going back to shop some more. The only thing I thought was the store was smaller, smaller than the other ones I have shopped, but it won't stop me from shopping at this one again. The store was also very clean, along with items on shelves and hanging in good shape, so you were able to walk around without tripping and knocking things over. Thank you, Big 5.

5 stars because the customer service was outstanding ! Idk his name but he helped me find my daughter soccer cleats at a reasonable price. Hed played the game for 16 years and his personal experience was extremely helpful.

The young man on the phone and at the register was a wealth of information and all was correct. He was an excellent salesperson. He really knew his work environment and all that was in it. He was polite and professional. The young lady that actually helped me with my shoes was also very polite and professional. I purchased a great pair of hiking boots thanks to these two. Please keep up the good work.

The store at the Outlet Mall is very well setup. All products,weather on sale or not, are marked clearly with high visibility tags.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products being offered at this store. My only problem with the staff was that some are to eager for me. I will ask for help if I have questions about their products, otherwise I want to check out all options until I'm ready to grab up the items I came in for. EXCELLENT SERVICE OTHERWISE. I highly recommend this as a shopping destination for the awesome lineup of merchandise to be found at any BIG 5 store.?☝️?

The manager at front counter needs training in customer service. His name is George, he refused to give me his last name. Being polite and courteous isn’t difficult. It just takes effort. I believe this is a reflection of only having 2 people working at the store. Big 5 corporate needs to step in and help him and his associate.
