Drove up late with kids asleep in the car. I love motor insurance because I don’t have to haul things thru the hallways and elevator.. Was expecting the typical motor inn mediocre quality…but it was fantastic. Better than larger hotels. Brand new everything. Nice flooring rather than carpet. Weird bonus-but I loved that there were lots of room mirrors and two electrical sockets near them. Breakfast was above expectations and I could tell management wanted to give us really nice visit. Handwritten welcome note. Handwritten breakfast sign that explained how to put together your egg burrito. Stuff like this I know they really don’t have to do…but it made a wonderful personal experience. Pool was pretty.

Recently remodeled rooms are great. Awesome breakfast with several protein options. Room size is above average. Channel selection is adequate. Wifi is generally decent.

Great spacious rooms, quiet, good beds. The sink area is spacious. Good lighting in the room and has good air conditioning. The shower worked well and there are plenty of amenities. The breakfast was excellent. There are hot plates of eggs and meat, plenty of bread options, dairy options, and great coffee. The staff are super friendly and professional.

The aesthetics of the room was great. Plenty of space for a family of four. The lounge and breakfast area looked appealing. I was looking forward to experiencing it. However, after stepping out of the shower and walking mere feet on the hard wood flooring in our room. I discovered the floor was filthy. That was a huge disappointment.

Nice place to stay. Good rooms and all. Issue was the knocking noise that started at 5:30am that seemed to come from the maintenance room. Complained to desk clerk and they seems to not understand English well for my issue.

Despite a recent renovation the rooms are still dated. The mattress sits on top of an oversized metal bed frame which sounds like a gong if you bump it, and because it's oversized, it gets bumped a lot. The staff were friendly, and location is conveniently located right off the freeway, but the place is very run down.

They were sold out due to the huge fire there, and people had to evacuate their homes. So they trying to help people find places to go. Luckily I made my reservations months ago. The staff was very friendly and was willing to help in any way they could. This was a great experience.
