Visited once while I was visiting my boyfriend who started studying in the area recently. Lovely studio and I really enjoyed the class but I really think the ventilation needs to be better in the room. the air was not moving at all and felt super stale even with the ceiling fans on (they were lazily moving only) and it was a super hot day so 5 minutes in everyone was already dripping sweat. No reprieve though because ther just wasn’t enough air flow.

Just hit my 50th YS class and am looking forward to the next 50. Unpretentious, nonjudgmental vibe, just chill people there to get a great workout without too many bells and whistles. The instructors live and breathe yoga and it shows, the classes are phenomenal. Pricing is super reasonable. Really recommend!

Unpretentious serious yoga. They’ve got the best music out of all the workout places I’ve been to.

Out-of-towner and first-timer at the studio. It was an incredible class. Plus, both the staff and other practitioners went above and beyond to welcome me into the community.

Great yoga place with good instructors.

Compared to the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Vinyasa yoga class seems to be bit more focused on power and balance with lots of poses, than flexibility and staying in challenging poses for long.
This is not a negative thing though, just a fact to be aware of.

I loved that they keep room worm even for non-hot yoga styles, This is a completely expected thing for a good yoga place to do. Even though it feels harder working out in the worm room for beginnings, keep an open mind, and soon you'll feel how much warmness helps your body not to lose heat and be a bit more flexible.

This studio has been amazing and become my yoga home in Palo Alto. As a yoga instructor myself, I'm very particular about the classes I attend. The Monday evening class with Kristen and the Thursday evening class with Alejandro are both incredible and challenging power yoga classes that are exactly what I'm looking for. Also the studio has been very accommodating as a few charges were mixed up on my account.

The saloon's air conditioner doesn't work well. Even in a regular room temperature class, the room is very hot. A few of my friends and I stopped going there anymore. However, if you are looking for a good yoga class with great instructors and fresh air try Yoga of Los Altos in Los Altos.

I have been going to YogaSource for over two years now and I absolutely love it! Everyone is so friendly and there are so many incredible teachers and classes. I miss the environment of going into the studio, but since starting Zoom yoga classes in March I have been able to try even more classes and instructors than I normally would. I cannot recommend highly enough!
