Hands down the most welcoming and professional yoga studio in Auburn. I’ve been practicing for 30 years. If you have been considering starting a yoga practice or getting back into it, just show up and you will find yourself in the perfect place. Thank you to Ryan and Jamie for providing such a sweet spot to put my mat down.

Ryan and Jamie are a powerhouse team! They both bring deep expertise and a wealth of knowledge/experience. I find the energy of Yoga Reclaimed to be so welcoming, strong, and grounding. Ryan's classes are always a nice challenge, but Mysore with Jamie is really where I've my own personal practice! It feels so nice to have found my yoga home <3

When I travel, I have the opportunity to take some fine yoga classes. But truly none compare to what I get from Yoga Reclaimed. Ryan and Jamie are extraordinary teachers with a depth of knowledge that I don't find in other studies. Both continue to grow as teachers. The studio is also clean with excellent energy. The yoga community at Reclaimed is supportive. The whole experience is outstanding. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it just keeps getting better. I came for the stretching and stayed for the amazing guidance and community. I’ve graduated from taking classes to finding my practice with these gifted yoga teachers. You can find whatever you like here. I spent over a year just taking Restore classes. But, there’s flow, balance, and Ashtanga Mysore (which is my current focus.) There are workshops the studio sponsors all the time and visiting yogis come here for special workshops, too! I’m currently working on my 200 hour with Jamie and Ryan, and I really couldn’t be happier with the balance of nurturing and high expectations. If you love yoga or are even just interested, you’ll find this to be a safe and inclusive environment in which you’ll find room to grow in your practice.

The best yoga studio around! Jaime and Ryan work hard to cultivate a great environment for any practitioner regardless of skill level.

This is a special Yoga studio. Ryan Bailey the co-owner is a fantastic Yoga teacher, and I enjoy his weekend 9:30a practices on both Sat/Sun. If you are looking for “real yoga” meaning a practice that isn’t just a physical exercise (however you will get that too), but a experience where you can change, grow, evolve, awaken to your truth and potential. This is the place! And a wonderful community of kind, and like minded souls.
Coming from Portland Oregon, I am grateful to have found an authentic studio and teacher to learn from. I look forward to attending Ryan’s 200 hr. teacher training this March 2019.
I have been a yoga Practioner for over 17 years, and a yoga teacher for 7, I can say Ryan’s knowledge and Yoga experience is something I find extremely real and valuable.
This is the best studio in the area. Hands down.
I love the infrared heat too, so good for my muscles and joints.

Excellent teachers with a unique approach to the practice as well as a deep understanding of the philosophy and anatomy of yoga. They offer balance, flow, slow flow, yin and ashtanga with classes 7 days a week. What sets them apart from other studios is the underlying philosophy they incorporate into their instructing. Great community with plenty of smiles and experience.

It's easy to say that the unique thing about this studio (because there are so flipping many to choose from, even in Auburn), is the infrared heating panels - and hands down, they are a reason by themselves to choose Reclaimed if you have issues with chronic pain and little or no interest in yoga itself. Even if you just come and lay on your mat and bask in the therapeutic heat (that many physical therapist suggest you utilize at close to the same expense as a membership here), you also get the bonus of the atmosphere - the ZEN. Spa-like music, rustic decor, etc. But especially, you get the people. The owner's and instructors here have a special gift for being able to challenge and nourish the hard core, experienced yogi, while also genuinely embracing and encouraging us newbies (we know who we are - the one's who have neglected or abused our bodies the last 10 or 20 years with too much wine or beer, too many carbs and cheese platters, couch marathons of Breaking Bad - then work, work, work). Unlike many yoga studio's you won't be overwhelmed by lithe, cellulite free vanity addicts. The classes are full of the entire range of human conditions at all stages of fitness and flab and where you fall on that scale is always praised as being perfect. You are right where you are and there's no better place to be at this moment. When you are here - your effort alone is the definition of beautiful and you will feel that way every time you walk out the door.
