He teaches a full system of low to high intensity exercises & stretching that brings the body, mind, and spirit into harmony and health. Wudang Santa Cruz is a special place. The school is a super laidback and welcoming environment, and it is dedicated to fostering community. Jeff has a talent for connecting with each student at their own level, customizing the practice to meet individual needs. He brings expertise in Wudang Kung Fu, Taiji, Bagua, Xingyi and Qigong directly to our backyard here in Santa Cruz.

Personally, attending the classes has transformed my life. Since starting five years ago, I feel remarkably more vital and grounded, and my flexibility has increased WAY beyond what I thought I was capable of. The practice has not only improved my physical strength and coordination but has also had a deep impact on other aspects of my life. I now stand taller, sleep better, have become more aware of and improved my thinking habits, pay more attention to my diet, laugh more, and overall, feel significantly more confident.
