International Kung Fu competition judge; right here in Santa Rosa. Shifu Justin Eggert is insightful for adults and disciplined fun for kids. The workouts alone produce flexibility, strength, and coordination. And this coming from his 69-year-old student.

Justin is an incredible teacher. I have learned so much from him over the last decade of instruction in Kung Fu, Qigong, and Tai Chi. It contributes greatly towards my overall well-being . Always a friendly environment, as Justin also thinks he's a comedian. His students are all happy with him, highly recommended!

My child went to this school. I'm assuming the ex instructor there and Justin knows my EX. I tried to contact them after my daughter got taken from me but they ignored my messages. It does not make since to ignore a parent telling them their child needs help.
