I have been going to The Yoga Shack for 8 years or so. I received my 200hr Teacher Training certification here, and I am now taking the 300hr Teacher Training here as well. Tommy and Lori are amazing teachers. The studio itself takes you away from the outside world and brings you to zen. Highly-qualified/recommend teachers. They offer an array of different classes and times so come on in and see them!

I’ve known Tommy & Lori for well over 20 years and have practiced, studied and explored theory and movement concepts during my time with them. The knowledge, expert sequencing and care experienced while at The Shack will not be found anywhere else! Do yourself a favor and stop by for a class or workshop

I have been going to Yoga Shack for a year now. I have done yoga before but it was nothing like Vraaja Yoga. I had a mental block and never thought I could do the head stand. Working with Lori and Tommy, I built my confidence and removed my mental block. I can do head stand now. Thank you Lori and Tommy for helping me improve my health.
