Closing for the weekend means more to the service department, than helping get a customer back on the road. Very rude and arrogant service advisors.

Hello. When I arrived at the dealer, I had 2 problems with the truck.
1) The truck loses air pressure by 1 PSI every minute.
The dealer said that this was the norm and charged money for diagnostics, although the truck was under warranty. I know it's not normal if there is an air leak. I've ridden many trucks before.
2) The pressure sensor of the front right wheel has stopped working on the track.
The dealer stated that they will replace it under warranty, but they do not have it in stock and will order it. I returned a couple of weeks later and left the truck for repairs. A couple of days later the dealer called me and said the truck was ready. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I discovered that none of the 10 sensors were working. They tried to fix the problem but were unable to. They said they needed a special tool that was out of stock and needed to be ordered, but the delivery time was unknown. The manager also said that as soon as they got the tool, I would have to come to the dealer within 5 days. I said that this may be physically impossible, since I may be in the east of America at that time, and it is wrong to give me such a time frame, since they made the problem even worse. To which the manager replied that OK, they will notify you when the tool appears in their service and I can come at a time convenient for me. Several months have passed and no one has notified me until now.
When I got on the road, I found that my steering wheel was shaking at high speeds and this was causing a problem when driving, that is, the wheel balancing had not been done. A little later I discovered that the tire was placed backwards, that is, the direction arrow on the wheel was facing backwards.
I couldn't go back to the dealer because I already had a load. I waited for notification from the dealer that they had received the tool I needed, but it never came.
After a couple of weeks of work, I returned home and found an unofficial dealer who agreed to repair the problem. They had to position the tire correctly, balance the wheel and calibrate all the sensors on the wheels. They did it quickly and efficiently. I had to pay them for work that the official dealer should have done for free under warranty. Who will give me back my money and time?
Thus, after a visit to the official dealer, I had more breakdowns with the truck than before. I asked for help and ended up receiving completely unprofessional service and rude customer service. I love my truck, but due to the negative experience I had at the dealer, I doubt my next truck will be a Peterbilt.
I do not recommend anyone seek service from Peterbilt Stockton California.

I was told it would only take a couple of hours to change a sensor. Ended up being 9 hours. Poor communication between the staff. No vending machines in drivers lounge. Sat 9 hours with no food or water. I’m glad to get the problem fixed, but it came at a cost.

PLEASE READ EVERYONE I recently purchased a semi truck from the company and had to take it in for a routine service at my local Peterbuild Dealership of Valley Peterbuild Industry Stockton (2110 S Sinclair Ave, Stockton, CA, 95215). My truck was dropped off on Thursday March, 30th. My truck was there for routine maintenance including an oil change and another service ticket for a steering pump hose leak. However, after inspection there appeared to be another leak in the radiator hose and needed my approval to proceed with the issue. After giving approval to fix the leak I was told I needed to change the hose. I was informed the part cost 403.77$ including tax. They also charged me $85 for the shipment of the part to the dealership. I later received an email and phone call on Monday, 4/3, stating that all services were completed and my truck was ready for pickup. I ended up paying $2143.39 at the day of pickup following the completed services. Following my transaction at the counter I was directed to where my truck was parked on the lot. During my inspection, I noticed that there was no radiator hose charged contrary to the previous message that the hose needed to be changed. Upon further inspection the hose was still leaking. After parking my truck near the front office I asked dealership rep named JANELLY CASTRO, for an explanation of the changed parts. After talking to the rep I was I formed that other services had been completed however the radiator hose was still in transit to the dealership. However this was not indicated to me beforehand even though I had already paid, and was I was not informed about the missing hose till I asked.

Due to the hose not being changed I asked for a refund for cost to service the hose. Following this request Castro informed me that she could not issue a refund till the next day due to the manager not being present and that it was almost 5pm, which was the closing time for the dealership. After arriving to the dealership the next day and requesting help from a manger whose name is HARPREET DHALIWAL who is the service manager at that location, he proceeded to yell at me saying there was no possibility for them to issue a refund and lied to me about fixing my truck even though it still had the original parts. He then proceeded to use abusive language and cuss at me while I was talking in a civilized manner and later he denied my request for the refund for a service that had not been performed. There were 3 more witnesses to this conversation. I was very disappointed with the service. I have 2 Peterbuilt trucks and intend to keep my buisness at this company. However if this customer services remains at this quality then I am happy to take my buisness elsewhere. I wanted to bring this to the attention of upper management to take the proper and necessary action against this dealership and the staff members mentioned above.
