Best Muay Thai kickboxing Gym in whittier and the surrounding areas! When i joined i was skeptical but i understand why Kru Valdez is so respected in this industry. He's been coaching for over 45 years, he himself is a champion, his daughter is a champion, and now recently his grandson became a champion in his league.They offer everything from beginner classes, intermediate and advanced so they can meet you at your skill level and help you excel... I've been training at Valdez for about 4 years now and have been treated like nothing less than family since day 1. The coaches are awesome and have really helped to develop not only my physical abilities but also mental. This is not a sport for the weak and training can be intense at times but Kru Valdez and the coaches have helped push me to reach higher limits within myself

Coaches will be strict just like they should be, and they always make you are pushing yourself to your limits. Kru Valdez is a master in Muay Thai and is a real cool dude. They all care about turning you into a complete fighter and also care about your well-being. Highly recommend if you want to know real fighting.
