Ms. Williams is the the best phlebotomy instructor that I could ever ask for. She encourages students and allows us to feel confident in what we learn and do in class. I wouldn’t have been able to a licensed phlebotomist without her help and support. I also appreciate all of the help Rosa has done for my classmates and I, she always helps when we are in need and she always unanswered questions we may have had.
