Today I witnessed United EMTs carry a woman who was very distraught at being removed from a residential building to their ambulance. I was so impressed that none of the three EMTs raised their voice and you could tell they were trying to be as gentle as possible while she was violently struggling to get away. They treated her like the human being she was. I don’t understand why the police weren’t there, but their service is to be commended.

They have struggled getting my mother in law picked up on schedule they are either early to pick up and drop off 45-60 minutes early at times, other times they are 45-70 minutes late. It is quite ridiculous to be honest. I think they should reevaluate their dispatch employees, because it seems like the company under trains them, or has too much oversight.

I had fallen and broken my ankle and shoulder.When they came to the sceneOf where I had fallen.They were very and Attentive.Told me they put my personal items in the ambulance.Which they did not.They left them on the sideOf the parking lot where I fell.Later to be retrieved by the Auburn Police Department.Then when I got in the ambulance.I. was told the EMT. that I wanted to go to St Mary's. An he replied no you have to go to cmmc.I told him once again no I want to go to St Mary's.He said that this kind of injury you have to go to cmmc.Which I later found out By several doctors. that is not true .was not in Cardiac Arrest or any other heart issues going on.I think you need to check into why your drivers are telling people that they have to go to cmmc. when they don't need to. if a patient feels comfortabe going to St Marys or cmmc they should have that choice. I think if check your records. When some drivers are on Cmmc seems to get a little more attention than st mary.It's because the drivers are telling patients that they have to go to cmmc. when they don't need to And if anybody else finds out a little suspicious. I wouldn't blame them.
