It was my first time walking into this store and had scheduled my first hair salon appointment. Right when I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I let them know I had scheduled a salon appointment online and they escorted me to the back of the store. To my surprise, they run a full salon service and have EVERYTHING, including a menu that lists salon services they have to offer. My appointment was scheduled with Alyssa B. and she did an amazing job! I got full highlights done. She was so sweet & kind, listened to what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. I am definitely going back again! Thanks again Ulta and Alyssa! I am so happy with my hair! It’s a rather large store which offers quite a bit more of products as well. The whole staff & customer experience as well as the salon service that was provided is definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Ms Janette, the Manager at this store, is as good as managers get! My daughter broke a glass of water, and she was not only kind about it, but gave each of us a small bottle of water while we were waiting to get our hair cut. Thank you so much, Ms Janette!

I am visiting from Northern California and scheduled a hair appointment with Lili at the salon and she was wonderful. I appreciated her suggestions. I left in love with my hair. I then did a little bit of shopping and Rudy helped me out. He was so nice and encouraged me to get a product I wasn't sure about and I ended up trying it and loving it. Thank You

Just had a brow appointment with Misti and she’s incredible! She understood exactly what I wanted and was super friendly the entire time. We bonded over our shared interests, and she really was a kindred spirit for me.

I left the appointment with a huge smile, which I feel like says a lot when I just got a bunch of hair ripped out of my face. I will happily be going back to Misti. She’s very sweet and engaging, and I really like her work!

I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews, but when I have as positive of an experience as this one, I feel like I have to! She deserves to know how good of a job she did

I always find myself arriving minutes before closing, mainly because I live 2 min away and I have to say every time I am still welcomed and greeted. Most places I've been to shop and happen to be closing usually give rude vibes because employees are frustrated with my last minute shopping so they rush me. I get it they have lives that they want to go home to but this Ulta and every single employee here will not rush you to get out they will help you find what you need with a smile and welcome you back. I love this Ulta and their pleasant team....

This is my favorite Ulta. The store is a decent size and nicely organized. I always enjoy my trips even though I always spend more than I had planned. 😆 I find the staff to be helpful and nice. And the 1 time I had and issue the company when above and beyond to make it up to me.

I booked an appointment for an updo one week in advance for a wedding I am going to. Only one day before the event I received a call from this location and they need to cancel my appointment due to family emergency. This is so unprofessional that they do not have a back-up plan when someone cannot show up for their shift. I would never go back here again as clearly customer service does not mater to them.
