Thank you Stephanie for educating and preparing me for my first child. Going through the baby and birth lessons, breathing techniques, being able to give birth naturally like how I envisioned made me realize what my body and mind is capable of doing.

Stephanie along with my SO worked together for multiple hours by encouraging me and providing counter pressure to the hips (tremendous upper body strength to do this) really helped with relieving some pain from the contractions. Mamas, I highly recommend working with Stephanie as your doula.

I had the honor of having Stephanie as my doula. Let me start by saying how incredibly aware and educated I felt having a doula at my side during my birthing experience. I’m so grateful to have had such a calm person at my side . Stephanie made sure I knew all my options before I decided what I wanted to do and even when I didn’t initially get the birth outcome I wanted she made sure I was comfortable and capable of advocating for myself . Thank you so so much for being at my side in Amy’s absence I truly had such a whirlwind of emotions at delivery and I’m so glad I came out calm and comfortable. I originally went into my labor thinking if I end up in a C-section how will a doula be able to support me ? If u ever find yourself in that position please please please rest assured that she can help with so much more then just holding ur hand during labor . Thank you for not only being an amazing doula but an amazing person .
