I had an upcoming ccw renewal class coming up and I messaged 24 hours prior to the class notifying the instructor/owner that I wasn’t going to be able to made it because a death in the family came up so I messaged about a refund because I was unable to attend the class and not a single reply notice nothing I have been totally ghosted by the instructor and owner. It’s really sad because I was just trying to get my deposit refunded which I paid in full for and they made notice that they would refund if the financial difficulty became and issue being they had to raise the price as of 2024 rules but because of a death and I wasn’t able to attend I’ve been blacklisted. Totally unprofessional and I don’t recommend anyone to this program if this is how they will conduct business. Not even a reply with reasoning or anything completely ghosted me.
