I'm on social security and disabled, and most of my workers I had never did anything for me. They all lied to me. Just now I had to fire Gina turner she never didn't do anything for me. She always belittled and mistreated me!! And trying to get another worker no one from tri counties is trying to call me back?!!! They need to shut down!! Worst company ever!! All they do is lie , make many mistakes , makes way too many excuses! I've been with tri counties since I was a preteen . Now I'm an adult. I've been with them many years and never helped me always excuses they should shut down!!

As a person who receives services through this office, I wish I could give a better review of it. Since the older staff left about 3 to 4 years ago, the general quality and attitude of the staff has gone down the tubes b i g time. I will call or email my case worker, and they never respond back. My emails and voicemails seem to disappear down Alice's rabbit hole. The only reason I haven't transferred my case to another Tri Counties office is because I can't. We are assigned to an office based on where we live.

Worker doesn't call back, makes excuses, makes all kinds of mistakes! So frustrating and my daughter's hang in the balance. What ever happened to the watch dog group over RC that you could report stuff to? Forget about calling the supervisor!!! So frustrated!
