Coach Berto is an amazing coach. He always encourages us to do better and since going to him for two years I have seen huge improvements in my strength, speed, and stamina. So if you are looking for your kid to get more athletic then this is the right place to go.

I started taking my son to Coach Berto during summer break to help him build some muscle & gain some speed. My son is getting so much more than that. His confidence in himself has increased & continues to push himself on his own. Such a positive male role model & environment for the kiddos! Very fortunate to have my son be apart of the program!

Coach Berto is truly changing boys to men!!! I brought my son to coach Berto in November of his Junior year of High School and WOW! What a transformation!! The kid went from the middle of the pack to the Big Man on Campus in under a year. He looks great feels great, and you can absolutely see the night & day difference both on & off the field. He looks fit and passes the eye test , has the strength & speed to match, and I'm looking forward to watching him play in college. I can't thank Coach Berto enough for changing my son's outlook on diet, health, and exercise! The results are UNDENIABLE!!! Get your son or daughter into TORO and watch the magic happen!! 5 Stars! I'd give him 10 stars if I could!!!

Coach Berto has been the best investment for my son. He was recommended by other parents and it’s been nothing but amazing . He has worked on my son for almost 2years. He’s helped him physically and mentally. Definitely a program I would recommend to anyone.

My son was trained by Coach Berto for a short period of time. He was great! He really shows he cares for his athletes. He’s a very down to earth guy and works hard to give you your moneys worth. Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts on our side we had to stop coming. But I hope to bring my son back very soon.
