Absolutely love the puppies at Timber Ridge! We got our girl, Kikka, in September of '23 and our boy, Kai, in September of '24! Both pups have been healthy, happy and very smart! I wouldn't think about getting a Shepherd anywhere else. Thank you Doreen!

If I could give 10 stars I would. We got our puppy Kimber two months ago and she is amazing. I can't say enough great things about Timber Ridge. The experience, knowledge, resources, access to training are all fantastic. Everything I wanted and needed to succeed with owning a Shepherd. She is so incredibly smart and has amazing confidence. We will be getting another shepherd from Timber Ridge in the future.

What an amazing place. Doreen is amazing. Her dogs are her life. Great working line of German Shepherds. They are smart, loyal, healthy with great ball drive. She will answer any and all your puppy question. Her prices are a bit on the high side but you get what you pay for a beautiful smart caring member of the family.

Thank you Timber Ridge for taking care of our 5 babies while we were gone. Highly recommend going to a facility that you can trust and someone that knows the breed and their typical behaviors. Special thanks to Helen, Doreen & Billy for making sure the pups were comfortable and happy. Kennels are clean & huge and dogs have access to both indoors and outdoors their entire stay! Leaving your dogs with anyone for the first time is always nerve wracking, especially when you drop all 5 dogs off at once but my dogs will be going back again shall we need boarding!

I have spent over 50 years caring and working with dogs. No retired, this is the only place I leave our dogs. I can leave my dogs at Timber Ridge knowing they are safe and well cared for.

Made an appointment to view kennels for boarding. Upon arrival stopped to speak to person outside with at least a dozen large dogs around. Not greeted very welcomingly and our questions were answered in a dry, seemingly condescending manner but once we witnessed a dog kicked, we were out of there. Not comfortable leaving my family pet there at all.

I highly recommend Helen’s wonderful training classes. We have been attending classes weekly since November including agility, obedience and advance obedience (dance) class! Helen is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and she educates you on all aspects of dogs including health, grooming, behavior, mental and physical needs, dietary, and all of her expertise on training. You get more than what you pay for in every class with her attention and instruction. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am to have found Timber Ridge. My dog Reuben was having some reactivity issues on leash during our dog walks, since bringing Reuben to TR since November all of it has a drastically reduced and our relationship is better than ever since I am now more confident in my leadership skills and have the tools, resources and education to fall back on, thanks to Helen. We also signed up for the 7 day bootcamp with Helen before we joined normal classes and Reuben returned to me a completely different calm, happy and confident dog. Since then we continue to go to classes weekly, have so much fun together and learn so much under Helen’s leadership. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Timber ridge to my friends and family and anyone who will listen. They have truly changed my life!
