The only workout I truly enjoy! I have a gym membership but I have never felt the excitement that comes with dancing in a class. It is truly a refreshing feeling to enter a fitness session with no stress and finish with a relaxed mind. The songs and moves used throughout the session make working out fun! The instructor and creator of the business Digran is an amazing teacher, he makes the class enjoyable and is a pleasure to be around. I am so happy that we discovered TigFit 100 (Ari Pari), I highly recommend!

First of all let me begin with saying how amazing Tiggy (the studio owner) is, he always makes sure his renters/guests feel welcomed and gives a nice tour of explaining where everything is when you first enter the studio. I rented the studio for a dance rehearsal and it was great. Clean, big space, and affordable. Definitely recommended. If you need a studio during the morning or afternoons they have a great availability!! I also have been teaching my Zumba classes here! If you ever need a space to teach its a great studio; fits many people.

Amazing place to hold a birthday party!!! We held my daughter’s 16th birthday here and it was Amazing!!! The owner Tigran is so friendly, helpful, organized and such a great communicator. The price is very fair and the space is so clean and so perfect to dance with friends and family and celebrate! I highly recommend this place for birthday parties or any other events.

I've been going to Tigfit 100 for private lessons for a few months now and I love it! The classes are so much fun and really get your heart rate up. Tigran is knowledgeable and motivating, creating workouts that are both challenging and enjoyable.

The choreography is always expertly done and the music keeps you moving the whole time. The studio has a great vibe too - it's clean, spacious, and welcoming.

Although we did not personally rent the space for an event, we were hired as vendors to decorate a baby shower at TigFit. During our initial walkthrough Tigran was very thorough in answering all of our questions regarding setup time and parking for unloading. He offered suggestions as to how others had setup the space for their events. He was incredibly helpful, very personable and thorough. Everything in the studio space was impeccably clean both during walkthrough and the day of the event. It’s always amazing to be treated kindly as a vendor as that doesn’t happen very often. Future vendors at this space I would say you are in good hands, would definitely work here again!
