Trying hot yoga here was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My job is labor intensive and I have a few injuries including my low back and shoulder. the way hot yoga at the yoga bare has helped heal and relieve my pain is unreal! I usually do the yoga 2 class and feel very good afterwards, however sometimes I like a more relaxing stretch and I’ll do yoga 1. The instructors and owner are very friendly too:) if you haven’t tried hot yoga this is your sign to do so!

You will not regret coming to a yoga or barre class here. Every You will not regret coming to in yoga. Every instructor is wonderful and Nicole, the owner, is so passionate about what she does and it shows. This community is amazing and the studio is so clean and the atmosphere is calming.

The Yoga Barre is by far the best studio I have tried out in SoCal. Nicole has built such a strong community of yogis. Every instructor has their unique way of making each class super fun and welcoming. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

The Yoga Barre turned me into a yogi! The instructors are so friendly, knowledgeable and mix it up a lot so I never take the same yoga class twice (but they offer that if that's what you like!). That euphoric feeling after a hot yoga class can't be beat! And the studio is super cute and peaceful also which doesn't hurt! I would encourage anyone who's been thinking about trying yoga, or who's only tried yoga at a gym, to try The Yoga Barre! Their Barre classes are great too!

I love the Yoga Barre studio because it offers more than just yoga. Whether it's deep relaxation meditation or high intensity cardio, you'll achieve a total body and mind workout. I love this studio! Classes offered at this studio are so diverse so there is something for everyone. All of the instructors have the same goal in mind— to help guide us into becoming the best versions of our selves mentally and physically! Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned yogi, The Yoga Barre is 100% for you! So grateful to everyone in the studio for pushing me out of my comfort zone and supporting my goals! This place is amazing!! They offer a great variety of yoga classes, but my personal fav are the barre classes! Such a great workout that get you toned! My husband told me I’m in better shape now than I was when we got married, 12 years and 2 kids ago! All of the instructors are really nice and bring something different to each class, so it keeps the workouts new and fun. They always have great music, too! Come try it out! You’ll love it!!
