100 percent recommend Wright Mommy and Me. My partner and I joined the class when our daughter was 8 weeks old and stayed through graduation 10 months later. We just graduated from the infant class at the Santa Monica location, and miss it already! We looked forward to coming to class every week (highlight of our week!), and loved learning from Jane! She is such an incredible human being and educator and we're so grateful that we shared this space with Jane and all of our Saturday morning families/babies (whom we've developed great friendships with). We highly recommend for any new parents!

I was lucky enough to join a parent & me group with Jane Rosen when my son was 6-12 months old. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this group. I had previously been in a Pump Station group (also good) and Sleepy Planet and Babygroup (which I liked less)
What set this group apart was the true community feeling. I immediately felt embraced by the group and supported by Jane. She always had interesting topics to discuss but also let the group dictate what we needed that week if there was a consensus that we needed to talk about food or sleep, etc.
I’m so sad that the group has graduated because the babies are toddlers now. I would do this group again in a heartbeat and have recommended Wright Mommy & Me to all of my friends with babies!

So grateful for this educational, therapeutic, and fun experience. My baby was appropriately stimulated and engaged throughout class and loved being with other babies. I took a wonderful mommy and me class with Caren at The Wright Mommy And Me. Caren was eminently knowledgeable about all facets of parenting, motherhood, and relationships. She was patient, thoughtful, sensitive, kind, and always helpful. I met such incredible moms and always left class feeling more informed and fulfilled. I couldn't recommend this class more!

I am so grateful that we found this program and that we had Synthia to lead our Mommy and Me Group. I looked forward to going every week. The group not only helped me navigate all the early parenting puzzles (sleep, feeding, preschool, etc.) but also helped us find a wonderful community of friends. A must do as a new parent!

Our good friends raved about Jane Rosen’s class with Wright Parents & Me. We followed their advice and signed up as soon as possible. We enjoyed it so much that we kept signing up for each subsequent class until the end of the whole course! No regrets. Jane is smart, kind, funny and SO HELPFUL! Her advice always seemed to hit the right chord for us - based in research, thoughtful, understanding, not too heavy handed, but also just opinionated enough. She made it fun for parents and babies and my partner and I made some great friends in those classes! As a new parent, you will worry that you are doing something wrong or could do something better. Jane will set you at ease and lead you in the right direction for you and your family.

I’m so glad I found this mommy + me series. In the earlier postpartum months, it anchored otherwise amorphous weeks and helped me overcome the anxiety I had about leaving home with my baby. As the series progressed and the moms became closer and the topics became meatier, it felt just as indispensable. Observing the other babies and witnessing their development also helped me understand my daughter and her unique temperament so much better than I think I would have had I not been part of a class for the better part of her first year earthside.

I had Caren as an instructor, and she is wonderful — empathetic and encouraging. My partner and I also tried the parent + me series with Jane, who is also a gem and so much fun. But I preferred the intimacy of the series that was just for moms 🙂
