The people at this store talk to you like you’re an idiot. It’s happened to me twice now with two different workers and I don’t understand. They need communication and customer service training! I dread having to go in there because I know some condescending man is going to be rude. Also despite numerous reviews over the past 2 years with similar experiences, does not seem like anything is being done to address the rude condescending employees… don’t bother responding to my review unless you’re actually going to make a change.

We had a package that we needed to send to Texas. We decided to stop here because we have done business with them in the past. Since it was just a few days before Christmas, the place was really busy. Fortunately, they had two gentlemen behind the counter who knew what they were doing and the lines moved fairly fast. When our time came up, Matt took care of us. I cannot stress enough how helpful he was. He was very patient, accommodating and acted very professional. I could also say the same about his colleague that was there with him. I highly recommend this UPS Store!

The new guy there with the dark hair is rude, gas ZERO! Customer service skills and talks to ALL of the customers in a condescending tone. I walked out this morning rather than deal with him. He should not be working in a customer facing position.

The service is efficient, but clercks are unhappy with the ammount of work amazon returns causes, and the lack of compensation they receive for their work. Workers need more incentive and higher pay, Amazon doesn't pay UPS Workers fairly for their service.

I'm shipping gifts to friends and family and the ups agent asks what's in the package. What if it's a personal item or a private gift and you expect me to say outloud what I'm sending to someone, I don't think so! A card, some sand & vitamins isn't a big deal but lingerie or other personal gifts i wouldn't want others to know I'm sending seems like an invasion of privacy. Telling a stra ger exactly what I'm sending isn't ok, it's not illegal or dangerous you don't need to know my business!

The employee Joshua discouraged my son from having me his mother from
Shipping his gifts to their store in Saco Maine. This service is advertised by ups. They were rude when my son picked up his package I shipped. I am very disappointed in their treatment toward my son

The younger guy that works there is great every time I go in, but that will never make up for how incredibly rude the other gentleman has been.
