Surviving the COVID-19 pandemic remains challenging, but taking the time to reinvent myself, find my true potential and shift my career focus from real-estate development and operations into software required a plan of action and preparation which I received via The Mustard Seed Project (the "MSP").

Getting the job remained the goal, but it did not represent the strategy that would make it all happen. The most pivotal moment in my experience with the MSP dates back to when I had to identify, narrow, and define my own core values. At that very moment, I discovered my inner self and a new form of confidence and self-love that grew and gave birth to strength, which took me through the application and interview processes.
