Most of the instructors are so sweet and helpful and give amazing advice as well for them 5/5, but if you are an experienced esthetician and take the expert assessment with Dermalogica I do not recommend Zhene G. She treats her students differently, gets visibly annoyed when you ask questions or know what you are doing/talking about regarding products and the ability to give a facial. I have never in my years of being an Esthetician ever came across an "instructor" like her especially one to laugh at you. I wish i could give 0 stars for her. Ask for any other instructor that will guide you and not give you the experience I had, that even my client had to witness. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
