I have used this organization for obtaining my CPR certification at the Santa Rosa site with no problems, until recently! After the in person training I was told that my certifcation would be mailed to me. It's been three weeks, I've called and left several messages and emailed as well. I have not received a response! I need my certification, I've paid for it and don't want to do it again!! So unprofessional!!!

I paid for a course for my assistant and I, when morning of the class I got text saying class was canceled, which was not good because I needed my certificate the next month as mine expired. We rescheduled and went to the class that was heals at Colman downtown. They paid for parking which was nice.
Classes went smooth and we got out way sooner than expected.

With all that said I haven’t been able to get a copy of our CPR cards. I have called several times, left several messages, emailed and haven’t heard back.its been over a month.
I’m a licensed daycare I need my proof of certification.
I email my licensing agent and she said they are not getting back to people. And basically keep any I have that can say I took the class. Which is almost nothing.
Do NOT USE THIS company if you need proof of cert.

Please do not use this company. It used to be well-run, but not anymore. I went to a class on 10/7, but no one was there and I never received notice that the class was cancelled. I left a voicemail and emailed the company on 10/7, but it's 10/17 and I still haven't received a response. Save yourself the headache and go to a different CPR training class that runs their business with integrity.

I have taken ACLS and PALS from this business for 8 years. I signed up and paid for an ACLS on November 26. I showed up and no one was there. No call no email. Very unprofessional. I'm an RN and my hospital requires this class and my cert was going to expire. They have subsequently not returned my calls or emails for a refund.

I paid for the class to renew CPR 2-3 weeks ago and sent an email and called multiple times/days and no one has gotten back to me. And my CPR expires in November.

Do not go through this company. They cancel the class and then keep your money! I signed my daughter up in July for a babysitting class. They called to cancel because no one else signed up. They said they’ll let me know if they have one in August. Nothing. No calls. They have not returned any of my emails or calls. I finally got through to someone on the phone in October and was told they’d refund my money. I gave her my credit card number to refund. I still haven’t received my refund. This was two months ago. I initially paid five months ago. It’s a small business with people who only work part time, but that’s no reason to not refund someone. They have horrible (aka, no) customer service.
